We collect only what is necessary, and protect the rest.
Data we collect
- Identity, contact and address (customer form).
- Driving license and ID, AES-256 encrypted.
- Payment info: processed by Stripe, never stored on our servers.
- Technical logs limited to security purposes.
Retention periods
- KYC documents (license, ID): deleted 90 days after the end of rental.
- Signed contract: 5 years (accounting obligation).
- Customer data: 3 years after last contact.
Your rights
