Clear rules, fast refund: we stay available if anything unexpected happens.

Cancellation policy

The schedule below applies based on how far ahead of pick-up you cancel (force majeure excepted).

31 days or more before pick-up: full refund of the deposit.
Between 11 and 30 days before: 30% of the total amount (incl. tax) is retained.
Between 4 and 10 days before: 50% of the total amount (incl. tax) is retained.
Less than 3 days before pick-up or no-show: 100% of the total amount (incl. tax).

The refund is initiated as soon as your request is validated. It appears on your bank account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your issuer.

In case of hurricane, general strike or administrative closure of our agency, we proceed with a full refund at no charge.
