What documents do I need to rent?
A valid driving license (held for at least 2 years), ID (national ID or passport) and the main driver's credit card.
What is the minimum age?
21 years old. Drivers under 23 or with a license held for less than 3 years pay the young driver option (€6/day).
How does the deposit work?
Depending on the chosen mode: card pre-authorization (released upon return) or deposit paid at the agency. Amount is displayed on each vehicle.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Full refund of the deposit 31 days or more before departure; 30% retained between 11 and 30 days, 50% between 4 and 10 days, and 100% under 3 days or for a no-show (force majeure excepted).
Does insurance cover everything?
Comprehensive insurance with excess is included. Intentional damages, driving under influence and off-road use are not covered.
Can I add a second driver?
Yes, +€5/day. The second driver must provide license and ID.
Opening hours?
Every day from 9 AM to 9 PM. Special times can be arranged by phone.
Is there a mileage limit?
No, unlimited mileage within Martinique.
